Before moving into product, I spent eight years inside ERP integrations at Infosys, working with finance operations teams at insurers, banks, and energy companies. I know what a quarter-close looks like from the inside, not from a requirements doc.
Since then I've worked in product roles at Enpal, Sennder, HomeToGo, and Investcorp. Regulated environments with real audit pressure, where a broken workflow costs more than just engineering time. Berlin-based, Europe-open.
Finance and ERP products are unusually hard to get right. The constraints are real, the stakeholders are skeptical, and the margin for error is small. That's the kind of work I find interesting.

Ran global delivery for alt-asset bank. Cleared long-stuck integration debt. Championed RPA into regulatory reporting.
8 years. Integrated 16 systems into ERP for one of the largest US insurers — revenue loss from human error fell 90%.
